"This is the worst place to buy anything they sell. If you use your card they charge you a fee of almost 80 cents. According to California law this is illegal. Are debit card surcharges legal? No, debit card transaction surcharges are prohibited under the Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This applies to all types of debit cards including prepaid cards. They hire people who don't even speak English or understand anything about transactions. They couldn't process my card because it never got to the bank and the woman said in front of the customers that my card was declined because I didn't have any money in the bank. She said this in front of all the customers that were there. The problem is the cheap machine they use for transactions. Also, I once went there in the afternoon and all the breads were full of ants."
