"First time going there to try a different coffe and not worth it ,first able they are not welcoming, I made my entrance saying hi good morning and nobody answer then I ask for a vanilla latte and the girl getting the order has a bad attitude, or she had a bad day, but people working in costumer services must have a friendly and polite attention, then I got my coffe and was good flavor but not hot enough. Then finally and badly I see an insect I prefer not mention it and I start looking around the whole establishment and I could see the some dirty around making more noticeable where the insect come out .Not going again sorry but no 🪳"

"So, this place is not trustworthy at all. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a plain bagel with cream cheese through Doordash. Nothing fancy. First of all the bag showed up smelling like smoke, and that's not Empressos fault, that was the dasher smoking in the car with my food in the car. Second, the sandwich was completely missing. So either Empresso forgot to put it in the bag or the dasher stole it. Thirdly, they gave me a disgusting everything bagel instead of plain, so I'm inclined to believe since they screwed up a simple plain bagel, that they forgot the sandwich. I called them and the person on the phone said he would make another sandwich and have Doordarsh come deliver it. I did complain to Doordarsh and they issued a partial refund because they messed up on the bagel. Well 40 minutes pass and no replacement sandwich and no phone call. I call empresso back and now they are refusing to send the replacement for the missing sandwich because of a partial refund for the wrong food item that I did receive. Completely bad for business, rude, and unreliable. I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism, not only from them but Doordarsh as well! Will never be ordering from them again. And I hope this serves as a warning for others trying to order from them. Beware."

"Trying to support small businesses is difficult when they are so rude, the person taking orders was nice, labeled my drinks as I asked. The barista looked as if he had better things to do. I accidentally soiled a drink and he reacted to ugly you’d think he paid for it. A woman was bringing supplies in towards the end of my visit and she was nice and offered a punch card. I ordered 12 drinks and not one person mentioned the loyalty card prior to her. Go to the courthouse location. Way better service."

"I'm a regular customer @ both locations and I've ordered delivery thru doordash from this location twice and even though the first delivery was missing the coffee 🙄 the second delivery was the worst, and I was extremely disappointed about it 😑. The pictures below ladies and gentlemen are of their veggie and cheese panini which supposed to include the following items: lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, cucumber, mustard with choice of cheddar, swiss or pepper jack on genova ciabatta bread. As you can see the only ingredient this $7.99 panini has it's cucumber and I'm assuming cooked lettuce? 🤷 da other pic is of a medium half filled $6 latte yes this is how they sent it HALF FULL 🥴. Is honestly hard for me to see how a business that I've been supporting for a long time doesn't care about their customers and is sad to see how little effort they really put to make this order. I don't know why they would think sending these to a customer is okay? Like have some pride in what your sending out to your customers. 🤢"
