"They didn’t dissolve the sugar properly and every sip I drink is crunchy sugar. Told the staff (short Asian young adult with heavy eye makeup up) who made the drink. Amazingly, she said, “that’s how it is cos our matcha is NOT real, it’s just sugar. We are NOT a real matcha store, that’s why.” Calmly I’m like, “But look, You could at least dissolve it?” Her: “No, that’s just how it is…” No resolutions, no apologies, no shame, no urgent need to rectify the situation. Absurdly nonchalant response. Not my first drink that’s like BAD here whenever I gotta charge the car in the same parking lot. Thanks for the reminder to boycott the brand, esp when this location is always dirty too."

"I’m really disappointed with this place. I went into Seven Leaves Cafe intending to order a cappuccino, but when I saw they serve it in a disposable to-go cup even for dine-in customers, I decided not to order at all. On top of that, they didn’t even have half-and-half or cream, and when I asked, the barista (an Asian lady) insisted that cappuccino can only be made with milk. I should have the choice of what I want in my coffee. I walked out and didn’t order anything. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a common issue here. I don’t recommend this place at all."

"A solid bubble tea place that also has some coffee. We had the strawberry hibiscus tea and the Assam milk tea and both were great! Staff was super helpful answering questions. Lots of tables that look good for studying or working. Very clean bathroom."

"The cafe staff turn off their AC from 1-5 pm without fail everyday even its super hot outside. Asking the staff to make it less sweet is a waste and you always get regular sweet either ways"

"I’ve always been a huge fan of 7 leaves. However I was very disappointed during my recent experience at this location. I’ve always ordered 7 leaves house coffee with no ice and am fully aware that the coffee will not be filled to the top. However look at this upsized house coffee I ordered today… minus the foam, coffee is only about half of the cup :("
