What made the experience even better was how welcoming and kind the owners were. It felt genuine, not forced. "This place is fancy and very busy when we came on Friday afternoon and there were no empty seats. The drinks are too sweet and you cannot ask for less sweet. We had the Honey Comb (Khaliat Alnahl) for $8.00, Sesame Honey Fatayer Potato for $7.50 and Manousheh Zaatar for $5.50. The dough are tough and chewy and we has better one at other Yemeni Cafe. Parking is horrible here."

"The newly opened Yemen Cafe had a menu that was quite interesting for Asians like me. The coffee was strong and on the sweeter side. We ordered the pistachio latte for $8.50, and while we couldn't change the sweetness, it was still perfect for those of us who like sweet coffee! The ambiance was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable, and the service was nice , they brought out the order for us !"

"Really pretty location! Lots of really gorgeous architecture and a prayer room. Also their coffee is excellent. I had the mofawer which had a wonderful spice combination and light sweetness. Definitely will be coming back to this cool new spot"
