"This is my favorite coffee shop now! Stopped by the drive thru last night for my first time ever and was helped by Mel, Caylin and Taylor. I got a best drink ever that really lived up to its name. I also got an açaí bowl that was delicious. I will definitely be coming back. The staff made the experience :)"

"I really love this place and I’m like addicted to their coffee and açai bowls. It’s my first time at this location and The bowl was a rather low but I asked them to remake it and they were very nice about it! However, when I got the new bowl they remade, it was the exact same as the first one so I’m not really sure what they did or if they understood what I was saying. But I get this bowl 2 to 3 times a week at the Menifee location and the açai is full to the brim. Every single time. I’m really disappointed. They made the exact same thing twice after I went back and asked for more açai."

"Better Buzz Coffee never misses. The drinks are always top-tier — smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I got the Best Drink Ever and it honestly lives up to the name — just the right amount of sweetness with that strong, rich coffee flavor that keeps you coming back. The food is just as good; the avocado toast was fresh, loaded with flavor, and beautifully plated. Everything feels thoughtful and high-quality, from the ingredients to the presentation. What really made my visit stand out, though, was Julie’s amazing service. She was super friendly, upbeat, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and loves what she does — it made the whole experience that much better. Between the great food, amazing coffee, and Julie’s awesome energy, Better Buzz has definitely become one of my favorite coffee spots. Highly recommend stopping by — you’ll leave buzzing in the best way."

"I’ve been visiting this spot since it opened, and I’ve had a range of feelings about the staff. They’re great at making cold drinks, but when it comes to ordering my kids a “Kids Temp” Hot Chocolate, they sometimes hand it to me too hot, even burning my tongue. This isn’t the first time; it happens almost every time, and I have to go back and get it made again. That’s when I get mixed feelings because the staff can either be nice or seem to think I’ve done something wrong. If you happen to see this, could you please train the staff to make the drinks properly? Thanks!"
