"I have been twice. Similar to other reviews, the customer service the first time was ok. Not great. However the second time the service was great and drinks came out fast. Also, the place was pretty busy. Overall, great spot for us as locals. Will be back. Yes, I would agree the place is understaffed."

"One employee working, and at least a dozen customers all waiting around for coffee. That's the vibe here. Took 15 minutes to get my drink. My dirty chai wasn't very good, and I feel like it was pretty expensive compared to other coffee shops in this area. I probably wouldn't go back here unless I had a lot of time to kill and somebody else was paying."

"I ordered a horchata latte. The barista was skilled and made it exactly to my specifications. It was foamy, not too sweet. She brought it out to me and was attentive. Great service and great coffee."

"Every time I walk in here it seems dark & empty. I guess if you don't want to study at the library this is a last resort. Maybe 30 seats. The pastry case seems to be empty the times I've come here in the afternoon, too. The Salted Tiramisu 12oz was good for $6, and stayed warm in the cup for hours. The ice blended drink tasted like ice though, so wouldn't recommend."

"I ordered an acai bowl and asked if it was vegan/dairy free due to an allergy. They said yes. The minute I took a bite in my car I could feel my throat swelling and itching. I don't know what got in it but I know the reaction. Milk products. Wouldn't recommend if you're allergic."
