"Very friendly service with large sandwiches that go well with their boba selection. The hours are also convenient as they are open when most other spots are closed, and their breakfast sandwich selection is very good! For folks who have students who attend Chaparral High School, they give ASB members a 15% discount. I really enjoyed how nice the staff was, and will be back to try more of their menu. The milk teas (strawberry matcha and strawberry), as well as their "holy Grail" drinks (matcha Oreo and ube Oreo) were very good!"
