What People Are Saying

"I love Historia Bakery! The food and drinks are delicious, and the staff is so friendly. I always make sure to leave enough time to play a game of chess, and they give me tips on how to improve my chess skills. I highly recommend any of the sandwiches on a pretzel croissant and the London fog drink! You can also never go wrong with any of the pastries!"

"A delicious and authentic Cubano, flaky breakfast pastry, and truly kind and involved owner. So glad I came and will be back! They even have my dog a piece of bacon for being a good girl."

"I just went to this bakery Jan 27, 2026 after checking online pics and reviews, and I would NOT recommend this bakery to anyone. First there were no customers at all in the late morning around 11:30 and they didn’t had names of pastries on display nor the price. They only had 7-8 varieties of cake and each one was 4-5 pieces only and very expensive like each pastry was 8.20$ and 7.13$ and I bought 2 almond croissant costs 6.19$ and butter croissants was 4.40$. I bought 6 piece of pastries and 4 croissants and paid 67.$ for 12 items, can you believe it. It was way too expensive. I went to Protos bakery at Northridge “who are busiest bakery on weekends with lots of varieties of cakes and bakery had 4$ pastries and 4 for almond croissants, which was reasonable. I won’t go again to Historia at all, do not get fool people just by looking beautiful pics and reviews."

"Pretty good coffee, really good food! Here's a picture of the savory sandwich we ordered and look at the size of that avocado! It's probably a little bit pricier, but it's good to see that they don't skimp out! Good ambiance inside too! Also, the owner talked me into ordering a Cubano instead of a Cortado and I think that was a very good move! It’s basically a shot of espresso, but with sugar in the coffee grounds before the shot is pulled."

"We recently discovered this bakery/coffee shop and do we ever wish we’d known about it sooner! Firstly the coffee they use is extremely good, secondly the baked goods are delicious and the sandwiches, salads and avocado toast which are all made to order absolutely first rate. The owners make everyone feel so welcome and at home. We’ve only been going there for three weeks and we feel as though we’ve been part of their community for years, all their regular customers are really nice too. All that and the fact that they show EPL games makes it a perfect breakfast and lunch spot."

"This place feels like a little hidden gem warm, bright, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I came in for a quick coffee and ended up staying longer..."
