"I was a little bit surprised by the amount of negative reviews at La La Land because it’s actually my go-to place for occasional matcha. I did have a similar experience that was described in the comments: I asked for a no sugar alternative matcha and the staff suggested me stevia, asking me how many pumps I need. I never tried stevia before so I said well regular is fine. I tasted it, it was really unbearable - too too sweet, so I asked can they just redo an unsweetened plain matcha which they did very quickly and problem was solved. The staff were friendly and understanding of the situation, so I wouldn’t complain"

"This place is truly la la land. Everything is top tier. They have a brand and they're all-in on it. The pain au chocolat was delish. The Lululemon chai latte tasted really good. Got 3 diff matchas. The Keith Lee was really strong; strawberry on top was lowkey a bit spoiled. I don't think u can go wrong regardless of what u get here. Would be nice if they said which matcha they're using for which drink and gave their drinks a better description, so we know if what we're getting is grassy vs creamy, etc."

"Such a vibrant cafe, the Baristas and Staff were SUPER SWEET and helpful. The packaging and presentation of drinks was 10/10, I tried Strawberry Fields and it was decent, not my fave & Banana Cream Top was so good! I think it would be better with coffee but, I opted for Matcha this time. It tasted like childhood for me, my mom would blend banana, milk and cinnamon into a smoothie when we were kids and this was JUST LIKE IT! No artificial flavors, everything is made with natural ingredients. I will definitely be back!"

"I was very disappointed with my visit to Lala Land. The place was extremely dirty, like it wasn’t cleaned in days and there was animal hair all over the floor. It made the entire environment feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially for a place that welcomes guests, but unfortunately, this location completely failed in that area. I wouldn’t recommend it until they seriously improve their cleaning and hygiene standards."
