"I was blown away by how amazing everything tasted. The customer service was phenomenal and I actually found out while I was there that all of the ice-cream was handmade in the back. Super cool. I couldn't recommend this place more. You will not be disappointed. Kid friendly as well. My son is obsessed with the strawberry ice cream and the sundaes."

"This place has been open for a whole but my first time in confirmed it will not be my last time in. I sampled a few ice cream flavors and was pleasantly pleased with them all. Absolutely was impressed with their hot chocolate options. I think I will be back enough to try each one. They have games, so it makes a great hang out or family time. Even a cool date spot as an alternate to a coffee date (just saying). If you love ice cream and have not tried this place, it's a must visit. Even in the winter, we still get an urge for a sweet treat. Or go for the iced coffee, lattes and hot cocos. Based on what I've tried so far, no disappointment expected. The staff has been extremely friendly each visit as well, adding to the cool vibe."

"Best local ice cream parlor in Tracy hands down. The prices are very reasonable, the variety of flavors are super delicious, the uplifting atmosphere mixed with genuine customer service and interactions, and to put a cherry on top its a family owned handcrafted gem for all ice cream lovers. My family and I have easily found a new hot spot to enjoy special moments together. There is non dairy options as well. Today was my first visit, but I highly doubt it will be my last. If you love ice cream and cookies instead of Baskin Robbins or Cold Stone, go sample and spend with MILK&SUGAR. You will be happy you did."

"The ice cream was absolutely delicious! I got Oreo cheesecake and mint chip. I tried one of each of their cookies and brownie offerings, very good. The atmosphere is great and the decor is really nice, a fun place to bring a small group for sure! I've known the owners for about half my life, great hardworking people and you can tell the effort out into the decor, the friendly and quick service, and most importantly the taste! Highly recommend!"

If you know them for ice cream, you’ll be excited to find out they’re also serving specialty coffee. From the moment I walked in, Mackenzie was attentive and eager to help with any questions about their new menu. They offer a huge selection of specialty drinks that you can customize to your liking. I tried two of their signature iced latte’s (with oat milk AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!). Rose Pistachio and Honey Lavender. They were rich and creamy—definitely one of the best lattes I’ve had in a while! And of course, the ice cream is to die for! They change their flavors regularly and offer dairy free options. Some of our family favorites are kitchen sink, horchata, and rocky road. If you’re looking for a new coffee spot or haven’t tried their ice cream, definitely check them out!!"
