"This is a very special bubble tea shop. In California, there are all kinds of bubble tea places, but T4 has always been a little food hub. We noticed some new snacks here that we didn’t see at another T4 location a few years ago. You can adjust the sweetness level and add various toppings. We ordered an egg waffle and added ice cream to make the flavor even better. We also noticed other customers ordering fries with a unique Taiwanese seasoning and sauce, which made it even more flavorful. Highly recommended! There are plenty of seats, and the restroom is clean. The location is in Tracy’s Old Town on the main street, next to a bank and coffee shop. The parking can be a bit challenging, so be prepared for that. The staff is very friendly, and the service is quick."

"This is a good Boba Bubble Tea restaurant with a good variety of options. I was a bit underwhelmed by my selection, but would come back to try out other drinks here. They do have some seating space but the area is also decent to walk around/explore!"
