What People Are Saying
from Google"The food was delicious! I got a chorizo burrito the only thing I would have liked is if the potatoes inside were smaller some bites were just only potatoes. The service was good our waitresses was very sweet. They are always busy here wait time is usually anywhere from 30-1 1/2 hours. The wait time is long due to limited seating. A great place to come with friends or family due to its ambiance."
"Town & Country was nearly 70% full between 0830 and 0930 on a damp and chilly Thursday morning. There were a lot of egg-based foods on the menu, but I was not in the mood for eggs. There's an egg shortage anyway. The prices have gone up, and that has been reflected in the prices on the menu. SMOKED SALMON TOAST it is, then. The dill cream was warm. Although I prefer fewer to no (red) onions, they were easy enough to remove. The BOWL of FRESH CUT FRUIT was a good size. At that price point, had the bowl been smaller, this review would have gone differently. The fruit was chilled, but not all of it was sweet. I did not mind, however. I ate all of the fruit. Server JULIA H suggested fruit vs. potatoes. The fruit was over 71% more expensive than the potatoes. JULIA H did a fine job with the upselling... She spent a few moments helping me decide what to eat. County MUSIC was playing (low) when I got there. I was unfamiliar with the artists; but then Tracy Chapman came on, and I am familiar with her. The musical selections did not create, nor did they enhance the ambiance in the café. I think that the sounds generated by individual conversations created more of an atmosphere than the music produced. The DECORE was unexpected. There was a bit of county-western. I saw a lasso and a "Tombstone" movie poster hung on a wall. A kind of country store-sitiation was happening behind me as I sat at the bar. You may or may not like the sundries (see pic) on offer. They do sell a deep-fried Focaaia sweet bread."
"The service was quick, the food was fabulous, and even though it was busy inside we could still carry a conversation. I will be back! The cinnamon roll was a delight. The Benedict was a hit. The lemon French toast was tasty. Serving sizes were generous. Over all, we loved it! We were there on a Friday morning and waited 5 minutes. I imagine weekends are VERY busy."
"This is hands down my favorite brunch spot in Tracy! I always order the veggie omelet — it’s cooked to perfection every time. They load it up with mushrooms, spinach, and feta (super generous portions!). It comes with a side of toast that’s actually amazing… and I’m not even a toast person! Their waffles and French toast are also delicious. The food can take a little while to come out, but it’s always worth the wait. I keep coming back here for brunch again and again!"
"Great staff and an even better menu, this place has left me satisfied and stuffed every time. Lots of choices make it hard to choose, but keep me switching things up. Price is super fair for the quality of food you get. Gets busy because it's worth the wait."
