"I tried this place when they first opened, the service was horrible and they replaced my drink with something that they thought I'd like... because they were out of what I ordered...it was awful! So I gave it another shot this morning assuming they worked out the kinks .. wrong! I simply ordered a hot mocha ..they don't have whipped cream apparently..so I settled for a foam topping. This was the worst mocha I've ever had...it literally tasted like hot water...I had each of my family members try it to make sure it wasn't just me... They also all agreed..and laughed ..they couldn't believe this was actually something sold as a mocha!... Normally I wouldn't write a review... actually this is the first review I think I've ever made. Money is too hard to come by these days...so I expect to get what I want when spending $7 on a mocha...which is crazy expensive to begin with!...it's the most expensive coffee shop in town! I will NOT be back... I'll just continue going to Vali coffee across town, where the drinks are amazing and the service is great!...the people working at component are severely lacking any type of personality! This place won't be in business long like this."

"They use coffee beans from certain origins and they have a smooth flavor. The barista were very attentive to adding additional Stevia packets upon request. They also had some vegan/gluten-free muffin options, which was great. The outdoor patio was nice with heaters. Definitely would come back and visit."
