What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I did not want to write a review, as I tried to resolve my issue with the store by email, but something shocking happened: My complaint was about the sesame bagels I had bought (a dozen) all having huge air holes inside, basically the bagels were just air and fluff, no substance, only a bit of dough in the center near the hole. See photos. This was not right. Secondly, the poppy seed bagels were about 2/3 the size of the other bagels. They were tiny and super dense. Several of the bagels had their hole off center and looked like kettle bells. I think there is a major quality control issue at that shop or, if all Noah's bagels are like that now, the quality has considerably declined. Noah's bagels used to be really big and doughy. So after I emailed them about this, they apologized and issued a full refund on the order, which was nice. However, about 10 days later, they RE-CHARGED my card with the same amount, taking the refund away! Ever since, I've emailed customer service many times attaching my credit card statement as proof, but no response. Wow!"
"I've been a couple of times, but i usually just get their bagel boxes. Well, i had a big order today for the office. I had to go back for missing items and because the coffee they gave me was not made correctly. The girl at the counter told me thats just how they make it, apparently all iced coffees should taste watered down and flavorless. Didn't offer to remake or give a refund. So I had to order another coffee, and one for myself. I ordered large for both and this is what I got. I will definitely be finding a different breakfast place. The customer service was not it."
"i come here at least once a week. usually order dozen box for the office and a egg sandwich for myself. I've been disappointed with this location before but never wrote a review. today i waited 30 mins exactly for my order of 1 BLT. the girls who took my order was not the friendliest. i asked for a free coffee i forgot to redeem, after i placed my order while i waited for my bagel- she said i couldn't anymore - ok that's fine, i missed it while i was at the ordering counter- i waited and waited for my order, the girl making the bagels was obviously new, and working alone. kept asking the order counter girl for directions on how to make it and ingredients. she had no sense of urgency, was walking dragging her feet. she then had it done and someone came to check the bagel and told her it was wrong, she missed the " no bacon" she put the wrong cheese. made it again....i was watching the entire time. then finally calls my name and i say i ordered two eggs and only saw her put one - someone else then checked her work and made her throw it away and they made me a new one by someone else. i get sometimes we dislike our jobs, but there are plenty of people out there looking for opportunities, willing to do these jobs with pride and a smile. we've all been new at a job and know the pressure of meeting expectations but a simple "sorry for the wait or any acknowledgement" would have been nice. this place needs better leadership."
"The food is super good and unique which is why I’ve gone multiple times. However, every single time I go, whether I order ahead or get in line, it takes an average of 40 min to get my order. There is nothing efficient or any kind of system in place that makes sense. The staff are not very friendly, they don’t acknowledge when orders are ready, some orders are done before others (when they were called in 20 min before) and it feels chaotic when you are in there. I’m not sure if all Noah’s bagels are run this way but it is so different and backwards compared to any other restaurant I’ve been to."
"The staff here are extremely slow. I am actually writing this review inside the store right now waiting for my order. It has already been 20 minutes since I placed my order "ahead of time" and I am still waiting. I actually saw a guy leave because he had to go to work and told the staff not to make it. How embarrassing. People have places to go and places to be. You need to tell your staff to be more urgent/efficient when working here. I am seeing them move at a snails pace. I dont know if I want to come back anymore which is a shame because it's so close to my house but it is not worth the obscene wait time."
