"I'm not sure how I haven't dined here at storico sooner, but everything about this restaurant was excellent - from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food. The best strategy is to share different dishes. You'll get the most value that way by giving each of you more to taste and enjoy, as both our meals were delicious."

"Being a loyal customer for a few years I am so disappointed in the way that my constructive criticism was received. The last few months when I ordered my coffee there has been a burnt aftertaste. when I brought it to their attention they said they would look into the matter. So I decided to give it another try today and asked if anything has changed with the coffee. the girl at the counter was offended and had said “ I just cleaned the machine” (The machine is not the issue it was the coffee beans having the burnt aftertaste) then she got upset and walked away. When served the coffee the older sister proceeded to come over and berate us. Saying that we totally upset her sister and it’s a family business shes young trying to run her cafe. Basically she wouldn’t let me get a word in. My intention was never to upset anyone only to give feedback. Mind you my friends and I have been loyal customers for a few years. She then proceeded to say “at the end of the day it’s just coffee” that every time we make a big deal about it and to get over it. (this is only the second time I brought up only asking if anything has changed this time because I’ve avoided coming back) She made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome as she continued to berate us in front of Al her customers for a few minutes not letting us get a word in. Unfortunately I will never return back after being treated in this manner."
