"Very nice place. The employees are nice and the drinks are good. They even have yogurt parfaits which are really good too. I got their holiday drink called the "Tree Topper" and it was delicious. They have nice Christmas decorations, including a pretty Christmas tree. They have a little table with napkins, straws, and other things to go with your drinks and food. The table also has a stack of newspapers. It was mostly Lake county newspapers, but there was also one from San Francisco. They have nice wood tables and chairs. There are outlets next to some of the tables, so I was able to charge my phone."

Atmospheric downtown location in Upper Lake, plenty of easy parking. Cute little outside table available as well, if you want to stay extra safe during cold and flu season."

"Great customer service and amazing staff!! Was visiting from Colorado for a month, and this was our daily stop to begin our day.
