"Gabe was the cashier they were very pleasant. Greeted us when we walked in asked us if we needed a few minutes came back took our order asked if we wanted our drinks while we waited. Place was very clean. Me being a chef in the food industry as well I would have to say that they were very clean. I even peeked through the litrle.opening between the partition to see the area where they are cooking the food and from what I could see it was very clean back there too. I also seen Gabe the cashier wash their hands 3 times and the cook 2 times while we waited for our food. That is something that I love seeing. Food is AMAZING AND HOT. OMG!!! This is my new favorite place. Thank you for making my experience great. We will definitely be back!!"

"I ordered the Star Burger from Doordash for $7.99 because the picture is a massive triple cheese burger. When my order finally arrived, I was shocked of how visibly tiny and light the bag was. I immediately opened the bag to double-check if something was missing, but the burger was wrapped, and inside the bag. So, I walked inside my house to eat. When I removed the wrapper of the burger, it was an extremely tiny, single patty burger. I was shocked that this costed me $7.99. So, I triple checked the images on DoorDash. It was a large triple cheeseburger. So, I took a photo and wrote a negative review indicating that this is a scam. Then, I called the store just to verify that they did not make a mistake. The employee told me, "You ordered the child's burger." I explained, "No, I ordered the large cheeseburger with three patties." Ultimately, he explained, "Everyone gets confused." He continue to say that the *Star Burger* is the child's cheeseburger that costs "$7.99." And the *Five Star Burger* is the big, triple cheeseburger. Then, I enlightened him that on Doordash the picture shows a large triple cheeseburger. I told him he needs to tell management to update the picture. This is a flat-out "SCAM." For $7.99, a tiny child's cheeseburger for a grown man who's 35 and weighs nearly 200 lbs, is robbery. I would have never bought the Star Burger if I knew it was a tiny cheeseburger for a child. Comparatively, at In-N-Out Burger, I can get a larger cheeseburger that's more fresh, flavorful and cheaper, costing you $6 bucks! Overall, how was the food? I thought it was not great. The bun was mediocre, dry and squashed. There was no noticeable flavor, no juiciness inside of the beef. The fries were oily. I will never come back here again."

"Vallejo five star used to be my favorite go to place for burger and fries. That is used to be my visit today 4/16/25 Was a horrible experience food wise. I went through the drive-through as I normally do ordered a jalapeño burger with fries and a drink. On my way home, I like to nibble on a couple of french fries upon reaching my hand into the bag. I felt cold fries. I picked a few out and they looked burnt like they were definitely fried way too long. They were also cold and soft like the burnt fries were sitting out for a while. They also lacked any of the seasoning, so what I ended up with instead of french fries was overcooked cold flavorless potato sticks. The burger, however, was warm, not hot. It didn’t Look or taste like it was fresh made. It also felt like it had been maybe re-warmed on the grill. The burger, however, did have all the condiments it was supposed to have on it. I don’t know what happened to this place because it used to be top notch fresh hot food, not old food that has been sitting there for hours just re-warmed. Based on this visit, I would never return and I definitely would not recommend them. Hopefully, they get their act, cleaned up and start providing the food that they used to"

"This place was good ill give it a 3/5 I ordered a burger with 3 patties the beef was a bit on the leaner side I prefer a 80/20 blend or even a 73/27 makes a juicy burger it was lacking juicyness but the flavor was there bread was toasted perfectly lettuce tomatoes onion was fresh and the fries are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 AND MAN THAT FRUITY PEBBLE SHAKE WHEN I SAY THATS THE BEST SHAKE I HAD NO MATTER THE FLAVOR THEIR MENU IS FULL OF OPTIONS MAYBE THAT COULD PUSH MY OVERALL RATING TO A 4/5 BECAUSE THEY HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IF YOU ARE NOT VEGAN OR HAVE ALLERGIES OVERALL THIS IS JUST A GET IT AND GO PLACE OR IF YOU ABOUT TO HIT THE ROAD FOR A LONG ROAD TRIP I WOULD STOP THERE BECAUSE THERES SO MANY OPTIONS FOR ANY CRAVING OR SWEET TOOTH THE MENU GETS A 5/5 VEGANS AND GLUTEN FREE PEOPLE STAT AWAY 😂😂"

"We decided to try this place for the first time. There's really nothing to brag about. Food prices are high and quality is low. My burger was okay. The fries were good. Located in a freshly painted old Long John's silver restaurant, so it's pretty dated inside."
