"Efficient and friendly service. Iced mocha was perfect without added sweetener and it wasn’t overly iced and we really appreciated the shaded seating. We enjoyed the really cool painted backdrop of Venice Beach. It’s a good stop for a boardwalk walk."

ADI was super helpful and welcoming—he patiently let us sample all the flavors and made sure we found the perfect one. We ended up going with his recommendation: a whipped combo of birthday cake and cookie dough—and wow, it was absolutely delicious! ADI’s friendly attitude and great customer service made the stop even sweeter. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving a tasty treat!"

"Today I came in to see what options I would want as it’s fun to try new spots on the Venice Strip!!! I ordered the Brazilian Açaí Bowl for $10.95 It comes with granola, fresh Fruit, shredded Coconut, and honey. It was amazing however lacking in volume of for price the açaí was so thin and spread up onto the container with fruit in the bottom. The woman that took my order answered all my questions as far as the differences between the Blended Açaí and the Brazilian Açaí Bowl. Not realizing they just take the ingredients and blended together. They offered me to put either Nutella or peanut butter and I at first said no then she persisted so I said sure to the peanut butter after reading the ingredients. When I went to pay for the item it went from $10.95 to 12.95 plus tax not letting me know it would cost $2 more that it was an up sale because then I would have said no. They then removed the charge letting the gentleman know no peanut butter. Then the total went to $11.99 I pulled my card up and the total went up 3% for the credit card tax. I then said no I’ll pay cash as there are no signs anywhere showing any of these extra cost. I came in at 18:00 and ordered by 18:07 and waited even another family came in and all ordered and got their items before nine was made. Then the gentleman asked if I was good I said I’m waiting for my food. Then asked if I liked mango which I answered yes because who doesn’t love mango!!! I received my order at 18:28. Mind you the moment I walked out the woman then started complaining to her coworker that I didn’t know they had all these extra fees. Then he was explaining to her that she would need to tell people because most are not aware. The reason they are getting a three is due to the customer service and the lack there of in food. I personally won’t be coming back based on service. Which is sad because the Açaí bowl other than lacking portion size was amazing."
