"I guess it's about time I wrote a review lol. It's not my favorite local coffee shop, but this one is right down the road from me and right by my go-to car wash so it's convenient for an occasional treat. I used to go to the Ranchero location and sometimes still do because it's close to Wisecrack Records. Fist, I've never had any issues with barristas being unfriendly. I don't expect them to have a big fake smile on like some people seem to. The coffee isn't something to write home about in my opinion. It's very good but sometimes too sweet. I wish I could taste the coffee more through the flavoring anf milk. I like the rewards program even though I always forget to redeem them. The bagel sandwiches used to be delicious but in the last year or so the bagels have become extremely chewy to the point that they hurt my jaw to eat."

"Clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and they are efficient. The only con is the location as it can be a bit far from other business centers but for those looking for a place to relax with less crowd, this is a place to go. We had cafe latte and it actually taste good. They have good sandwiches like turkey pesto and sausage egg sandwich. We also tried their muffins! Definitely a good find in HD!"

"This my favorite coffee shop, IF I visit in the morning. Recently, I stopped in to pick up an online order placed in the evening. The doors were locked (understand for safety), I proceeded to the drive thru where I was completely ignored for 5 minutes, even after making eye contact multiple times with the workers. It took a knock on the windows to be sort of acknowledged."

"This was my first visit, looking for a new coffee spot. Well the ambiance from the drive thru was clean and the service was courteous and timely. The avocado bagel is absolutely horrible with avocado spread which is not very good. I would have preferred sliced avocados, this was a cheap non tasty substitution and the bagel was hard as a rock to sum up the avocado toast with an inedible your coffee although it was good it was extremely strong and I was not expecting coffee that is stronger than Starbucks. That was my bad when I go again, not likely. Price are on the higher level but that could only be for the service and the location, not the food or the beverages."

"We went through the drive-thru and there was no wait. Got a Nutty Hawaiian iced latte with cold foam and a mango smoothie. The ice latte had good flavor was smooth and was sweet enough. The mango smoothie was even better with strong fruity flavor. I would definitely recommend."
