It felt less special and didn't quite match the ambiance of the cafe. "I bring my grandson here on Friday’s after school. Up until today, we have always had a nice experience at Connect Coffee. Today, our hot chocolates were tepid (at best), and our muffin and cookies were brought to our table in bags, instead of the usual plates we have gotten in the past. When I asked for my hot chocolate to be warmed up, our server Karina made sure it was good and HOT!"
