from Google & Yelp"My daughter and I love this place!!! Delicious Korean corn dogs and mochi doughnuts. Their beverages are top notch. You order on a touchscreen, pay and in a few minutes your order is ready at the counter. The atmosphere and decor are very appealing. We will be visiting frequently!!!"
"When entering the store there was a off putting smell in have been here a couple times and the smell is always there. We waited 5 minutes to place my order when there was no one in line. The workers just stared at us waiting. i got a dozen mochi donuts which i belive costs $36 thought it was a bit high for donuts but it was for a special occasion. We got strawberry, Ube, mango, pandon, and biscoff. None of them had the taste worth the price in my opinion. The mango did not taste like mango at all neither did the biscoff. All lacked flavor but all were presented nicely. Honestly i dont think I would buy them again. This is to respond to owners comment: I do not leave all 1 star reviews my reviews are honest and you should correct your store instead of pushing back on honest feedback. I did wait 5 minuets and it is reasonable if there was a line of people. There was no one in line. Your pricing is not lower then the market iv bought them from other places like i stated in my comment above. Yes your donuts did have a whole biscoff i guess that how you justify the flavor. You would think the frosting on the top would also have the flavoring since they do sell biscoff butter that you could have used in the frosting to add more biscoff flavor. But I do think lying about my reviews is a horrible thing to do to try and justify why you have 1 to 2 star ratings. Any one can see my reviews and no that i dont just post 1 star reviews i post honestly and fairly and dont do it maliciously. Good luck 57 out of 107 1 to 2 star reviews means I post about my experiences fairly. I understand fully how expensive it is to open a resurant your assumption on my lack of knowledge of the industry is not correct. The costs that you incurred by opening a resturant is irrelevant as every resurant has the same expenses it is the risk you have to take. I do not intend to hurt business but to let them know how thier staffs customer service is and the quality of thier service or food is. Now with that being said there are my times where I revist a place that I left a low rating on to see if the experice is better and I re evaluate the score."
"This place has a great atmosphere with the music and the cute wall, which is great for photos!! The staff were not the best.. especially a guy working in a red shirt there, he was the only guy with other girls. He kept making comments about “losing” a girls order and laughing and she was sitting close to them the other girls laughed as well it was awkward. Her order was to go and me and my kids sat down and got our donuts drink and Korean dog before she did and we had multiple things, she just had 1 Korean dog. Now for the food, the donuts are great, amazing even, if you get them fresh! 10/10 fresh! The Korean dog was DISGUSTING maybe because they we laughing and goofing off, but when we ate ours it was gooey. I thought oh yay maybe they put cheese when I didn’t order it…. Nope! Raw dough it was disgusting. Don’t recommend the potato dog….."
"The vibes were spectacular with fun music and tons of little spots for great photo ops. I ordered a Korean corn dog with potatoes, donut, and Taro milk tea. The staff were friendly to all. Very nice atmosphere and will definitely return again."
"This is a must have if you are craving delicious boba and snacks. This time we only tried their drinks from strawberry milk tea, strawberry matcha and the mango chamoy, and they did not disappoint, delicious taste and really nice customer service!! Next time we will get the corned dogs, however you are expected to wait a while."
"Went to the grand opening of Mochido in Porterville. I have been wanting to try Mochido in Visalia so I was very excited to find that they opened in town...."
