"Great place and customer service was excellent very inviting and welcoming. The only reason I took one star off was because personally the conchas for me tasted like regular concha’s. I couldn’t taste the extra flavors of the theme ones. But they were fluffy and delish just didn’t think the price matched the concha. I will be back to try the drinks next because I love supporting small local businesses and hopefully I’ll have better luck with the drinks, as for the bread I tried it and that was that. This is more like a let’s meet up for a little chisme not a let me grab some conchas and make hot chocolate. In all fairness I believe that is exactly what they were going for creating an environment to hang out and they accomplished exactly that."

"Visited here the other day. Arrived at like 7:15. Pastries and Concha’s were ready in lock! Tried a couple coffees, two breakfast sandwiches and a Pumpkin Spiced filled Concha. The location is beautifully designed and is very inviting. Not packed with lots of stuff. Options are plenty and the staff were great. I found the latte I had was very sweet and discarded it and went to get an espresso which was fantastic. The sandwiches were egg and cheese. They were on point!!"

"Worth the drive to Waterford. Our drinks were delicious and the pastries were phenomenal. The owners were super friendly and helpful. With so many eye-catching options it’s hard to narrow it down to one or two pastries, and the owner was nice enough to educate us on some of pastries like the W filled with Biscoff."

"My family and I love this coffee shop! So happy Waterford has this sweet place. Their coffee is wonderful and freshly baked goods each day make it extra special. The ambiance is fun yet relaxing. My daughter and I come here every week for a bible study and we are able to enjoy our time thoroughly. This place will always be special to us."

"I was so happy when this place finally opened. I've been so pleased with everything I've tried. They make their pastries in house, and my whole office LOVES them! The coffee is especially delicious- they make some of the syrups in house. The breakfast sandwiches over tried are so much better than the chain shops could ever provide. You can definitely tell the owners have integrity and believe in quality service. The space is fantastic. The quality is consistent. The service is great. Highly recommend, and will make this coffee shop my go to before work from now on."
