"We visited this tea shop after they opened just a week, and it was such a great experience! The shop looks modern and clean, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and welcoming even though it was busy. I tried Mint Tea Hot with a little sweetener and my wife got their signature Matcha milk tea with lychee jelly, and the flavor were perfect—rich, smooth, and not too sweet. They also have a lot of drink options, from teas, coffee to specialty drinks, and everything looked really good. For this shop, they’re already running things very smoothly. Drinks came out fast and the quality was high. I’m definitely coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommended—great drinks, great service, and a great addition to the neighborhood, to the Plaza West Covina."

"I tried the original milk tea from Mizuri Tea House and it was genuinely so good. It has a smooth, comforting flavor that isn’t too sweet, and the tea itself tastes really fresh. The staff was also super helpful when I was choosing a flavor—they were really patient and kind, which made the experience even nicer. The whole place has a calm, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. I would def come back :)"
