"Unfortunately, our experience at Bonibi Coffee was awful. The blonde girl who took our order was extremely rude. She had a clear attitude, refused to give us her name when asked, and was not welcoming at all. Another customer even confronted her directly and told her she was unkind — which says a lot. The drinks were just as disappointing. They were overpriced and poorly made — watery, tasted like spoiled milk mixed with ice, and my friend’s drink was half empty when it was served. Absolutely not worth the price. Overall, the service was terrible and the drink quality was horrible. It honestly felt like customers were being taken advantage of with low-quality drinks at high prices. Why does this establishment allow staff like this, and why are drinks being served at such poor quality? I’ll definitely be telling others to avoid this place."
