There’s a coffee bar in the front facing the Westlake Lake with amazing coffee! The owners and everyone working here are all very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

I come to bonibi to have a coffee with my business partner every week, and the owner and the barista are the friendliest. Always offering that positive energy! They also introduced me to their new brand Karhu and PE Nation. Really comfortable shoes I had to buy. Looking very nice! So much great to talk about this store, going to leave this one for today. "I did love this place because their coffee is pretty good but I was pretty disappointed the last time I visited. I ordered two coffees and two pastries. I had ordered just before a large group came in and ordered some drinks. My two coffees came out super fast, however my pastries were never even put in their oven to warm so I was just sitting outside waiting for pastries I paid for and probably would never have received had I not gone inside to say something. When I went inside and asked the guy about my pastries, his response was, "Yea, that was my bad." That's your professional response??? "Yea, that was my bad????" You do not respond that way to a customer. You apologize several times and say that they're on the house and refund me or you say the next one is on them. When hiring staff, please triple make sure you know their customer service skills since they are dealing with the public! This coffee shop is pretty expensive anyways so it is even more imperative that customer's receive good customer service."
