"I really love Hibye it’s such an amazing experience every time. Max the manager is always so welcoming and makes you feel at home he’s also very knowledgeable & helpful when it comes to figuring out what drink you would like. I recently came in for their sip and paint and it was the best, I had 4 amazing drinks, their Gingerbread latte, Raspberry White Chocolate Peppermint matcha, Crème Brûlée Latte and their Sagittarius latte (organic lavender matcha). All these drinks were incredible perfect balance of sweetness and espresso, the lavender matcha could use a little more lavender but overall it’s always a great experience at Hibye!"

"The welcoming environment at this coffee house really stood out. I was looking for something other than a typical chain, and that’s actually why I decided to try it. Max took great care of us. He was helpful, thoughtful, and provided recommendations since it was our first visit. The Spanish Coffee was excellent, and the toast was just as good. If you are looking for a local spot with a warm environment, great service, and quality coffee, Hibye is an excellent option!"

"The coffee and food are good, but the staff truly what makes this place. Max is one of the most skilled baristas I've ever encountered, both with coffee and conversation. The last person I encountered with such competence in coffee was an old man in Scotland, and I don't believe I've ever met a barista who is so attentive and genuinely caring. The main room might come across as a bit plain at first glance, but I feel that it really allows the other elements of the shop to shine without being crowded out by the pursuit of oppressive "cozy vibes". It is instead tasteful, allowing the staff and coffee to create the vibes themselves. It creates a friendly and sociable atmosphere without forcing socialization. And I enjoy the clocks showing various time zones on the walls. All of the furniture is quite comfortable to sit at for extended periods of time. And of course the coffee. As I said, Max knows his way around coffee. The price may fall a bit on the higher end but I find it to be worth the price gap. I usually get an Americano but whenever I've asked to try something new Max knew just what to recommend. All in all I highly suggest visiting, particularly as a way to start the day"

"Very clean coffee shop. I stopped in on a whim 30 minutes before closing during the rain storm and sebastian was so kind and patient with me since it was my first time ordering anything here. The avocado toast is delicious. They do have almond milk here. There is a big free surface parking lot available. The star of the show though is the strawberry matcha."
