"Today I invited my husband to have breakfast at your restaurant because I previously visited your LA locations twice and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. My husband was very unhappy with the bread, which was supposed to be toast but tasted like cheap supermarket bread. There was no potato option available — he was looking for hash browns, which is a standard breakfast item in the U.S. The ham he ordered was also very surprising — it tasted like cold, thin low-quality deli meat straight from a supermarket fridge rather than freshly prepared food. He ordered three scrambled eggs, but the portion was incredibly small — not even half of what would be considered a normal serving. We were also served quinoa in a separate bowl. It was spoiled. I tasted it and felt nauseous immediately. It tasted sour, as if it had been sitting in a refrigerator for weeks. My avocado toast was also very strange. Again, the bread tasted like low-quality store bread, and it was simply topped with mashed avocado, salt, and sunflower oil. This does not meet the standard of a proper avocado toast. The greens on the plate also seemed wilted and not fresh. In the end, we barely ate the food and had to leave most of it untouched. The total bill was almost $100, which feels extremely overpriced given the quality of what we received. I would like to be contacted by management to resolve this situation. We are very unhappy with this experience and would like to request a refund. I have the receipt. Please contact me."

"I really like this place. Initially just a good vibe - bakery items look good. Outdoor seating is spacious and relatively new. No attitude - good casual comfort. Lots of seating for any size party. Then we were sat down and quickly given menus and water. Ordered promptly, food came timely and then we tasted it - so delicious. I’ve had a lot of avocado toast in my life but this was as good as any I’ve had. The croissants are delicious, the drinks were good. Just liked everything we had and experienced there."

"We visited this place 3 times. The first time, super slow service. Second time, same thing. Third and last try, we were hoping to have better results, but same thing, unfortunately. When you walk in, no one greets you, even if they see you. As a customer, it is not a good feeling to feel as if you are invisible. You choose where you'd like to sit, which is convenient, but then you have to beg for a server to help you, even if there is hardly any business. For some reason, the servers feel as if they are doing you a favor by responding to you. Even to get a glass of water while you wait may take up to 10 minutes, which makes no sense. It is well known that in France there is not good service offered at restaurants, especially to tourists, but this is not France and the servers are definitely not French, so we have no idea why the level of service is so bad. It's a shame because we live and work in Westlake Village and were trying to give this place our business, but they do not deserve it. There are quite a few other places in the area who offer much better service and who deserve the business. When you finally do get a server to agree to help and take the order, it takes a very long time for the food to arrive. Even the coffee was cold. Any issues with the order, you have to wait quite a while all over again. If this place could have offered better service, we would have loved to keep dining here, so it's a shame that this is not the case."
