"If you like sweeter boba, this is the place for you. If you like convenience, this is NOT the place for you. I really like how they make their brown sugar boba and the rest of their signature drinks look good as well. However, instead of the signature black lid or plastic covering, they use DOME LIDS?? Really confused by the thought process for this, because it makes it impossible to get the boba at the bottom/stir your drink correctly without submerging your straw. They HAVE a machine to use the plastic covers that you stab the straw into, but from the times I’ve been here, they’ve NEVER used it. I would like to be able to give a higher rating, but I would want a better way to serve the drinks and also maybe a larger variety of board games like other stores have. Will definitely adjust my rating if the dome lids are eliminated."

"Went for the grand opening and it wasn’t even a grand opening. They falsely advertised all the free stuff they would give away and free drinks just to tell us 15 minutes after it opened that none of it was actually happening. It was a soft opening not the grand. Extremely disappointed we didn’t get anything and had to pay full price for a supposed grand opening. The only free thing we got was thai tea that was okay. Next time please do better on alerting people in a timely manner that your Instagram post was false and nothing you wrote on it would be true for the “grand opening” on September 20th."
