"Blend.Co is such a gem in Denver! The location itself is absolutely stunning. There is tons of seating, a warm inviting vibe, and a patio I cannot wait to enjoy once the weather warms up. I stopped in for a game of trivia and got to try several menu items. My top picks were definitely the arancini balls and the short rib sandwich, both were flavorful and so well done. The signature cocktails were beautiful, but the standout for me was the Cinnamon Toast Tini. So good! Overall, a gorgeous space, delicious food, and great drinks. Can’t wait to come back!"
