"I drove here this afternoon in the snow because I downloaded the good to go app for the first time and this location came up as a place to try items they would realistically throw out at the end of the day but being a local hero, they participate in keeping food to not go to waste. I purchased their “surprise” goodie bag which had delicious sweet treats in it and their “chai” bag which consisted of two chai teas. I would definitely go back and try other items they have!"

"If you’re looking for a cozy, delicious breakfast spot, Crumbs Cakes is truly a hidden gem. It’s my favorite café, and every visit reminds me why. I always order their homemade vegetable quiche — it’s perfectly baked, packed with flavor, and comes with the freshest little side salad. My partner gets the sausage breakfast bowl, and the portion is generous, hearty, and absolutely worth the price. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews floating around. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly, and the service is always timely. You can feel that it’s a family-run business in the best way — warm, welcoming, and made with love. Highly recommend stopping by if you want a quality, homey breakfast that never disappoints!"

"Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had with a bakery. I ordered 2 dozen cupcakes (12 chocolate, 12 vanilla) for my son’s birthday classroom celebration — placed the order in-store, on their website, spoke with the manager, and even called the morning of pickup. Despite all that, they only gave us ONE dozen. When I went back, they were out of what I ordered and shoved a box of messy, thrown-together red velvet cupcakes at me instead (see photo). The mistakes would have been frustrating enough, but the staff’s attitude made it so much worse. At every step, they were confused, dismissive, and tried to blame ME for “ordering through the wrong system” — even though it was their official website. One employee even snapped at me on the phone instead of apologizing. No accountability, no professionalism, no care for the customer experience. Cake Crumbs advertises custom orders but clearly cannot handle them. If you value good communication, professionalism, or simply getting what you paid for, I’d recommend looking elsewhere."

"The staff was great! Unfortunately, the food was terrible. Like bad enough that it was funny. We didn’t finish a single item but did get a giggle out of it. The almond croissant has a strong, acrid, too fake taste. The apple turnover literally has applesauce as a filling. Not cooked down apples or an apple filling. Thick, grainy apple sauce. And the cupcake was dense with an icing that tasted like dark chocolate flavored butter. Not at all like icing. Maybe like a butter ganache filling or something? Just the strangest assortment of bad baked goods. Truly a unique experience."

"We did my daughter’s 1st birthday cake and it was the best experience! Wonderful customer service from putting in the order, to helping me choose flavors/design and even pick up! Everyone at the party loved the cake, even people who said “I don’t like cake”. I will definitely be back!"
