"Yes it’s only open during conventions/conferences. Yes they might not have your favorite froo froo drink but they have all the classics. Their coffee is actually really good and despite the long lines their staff gets it done! Would have been 5 stars but they don’t have a lot of good food options."

"Wanted espresso macchiato but they don’t have it on the menu. Ordered chocolate cappuccino. So sweet I could not taste neither the coffee nor the chocolate, just the syrup. I threw it away. There went $7 (including $1 tip) down the trash."

"The service was pretty good! They steamed my oat milk to add to my coffee that wasn’t from there, which was incredibly generous, but they also had no idea what items were vegan. Turned out that the only vegan option they had was a less than mid quick oats cup. Even two packs of brown sugar and a pack of salt couldn’t make it enjoyable. Please add more vegan options; a vegan pastry or even a bagel would slap."
