"I brought my parents to the Highland Cork & Café. We sat outside. It was a beautiful weather day. We ordered our food inside. Then we got a table outside and waited for them to deliver it. We have the quiche. And a burrito the green chili was good. It was great and we got to see Shawn. We had a nice conversation with her. "It was our first time in Denver, we saw that this was the best reviewed coffee shop in the area and decided to stop by. The food was fantastic I ordered the Hector and it was one of the best paninis I’ve ever had. I got a hot vanilla latte that was amazing. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back as soon as I can! The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. I felt like I was at home, great service!"
