"Super fresh, well-executed dishes and drinks! We were blown away by the quality of the food here. I had a pork quesadilla that was big, full of tender, flavorful pork and bursting with stringy white cheese- it was simply amazing. The side salad was so fresh. Even the simple black bean dip that came with chips and salsa was really complex and immediately screamed "comfort food". The chilequiles were phenomenal and super filling. We got some pazole to take home and it comes with a huge kit of toppings. On to the drinks. We got the yerba matte which was citrus and refreshing as well as a horchata negra which was so dang good and unique. Lots of nice garden seating too for when the weather is nice. All in all, this is now in my top 3 denver spots!"

"Hoja is a gem of a restaurant. Not only is their birria the best in Denver, in my opinion, they have the community feel most restaurant lack these days. The owner, Ben, and his main cooks, Rueben and Olivia, always remember me and my dog by name and welcome me into the restaurant like it’s their home. It’s cozy, the back patio is so cute! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place!"

"The atmosphere was good, but an honest review on the food is that the basic breakfast burrito is priced really well, but it has basically no flavor. I could kinda just taste all the ingredients, but there was nothing for me that made it really stand out so honest recommendation to the chef is that Maybe just add some more flavor or more spice in there it was lacking a genuine spice and range of flavors but thank you!!"

"Awesome place! I got the vegan Beso burrito and was so happy to have such depth and flavor in a breakfast burrito that can be rare with the vegan options. My partner got the basic breakfast burrito smothered with both green and red chile and sour cream. Anything but basic! The coffee is delicious and I think I’m gonna get a vegan blondie to go!"
