Let’s start with the coffee because it deserves its own moment. The coffee here is fantastic, especially with almond milk. Smooth, balanced, not bitter, and clearly made by people who actually care about what they’re serving. You can tell there’s intention behind every cup, and it shows. I’ve had a lot of coffee in my life, and this one easily stands out as something I’d go out of my way for. The vanilla scones are unreal. Soft, flavorful, perfectly baked, and not overly sweet. They’re the kind of pastry that feels indulgent without being heavy, and they pair perfectly with the coffee. Honestly, they’re dangerous in the best way because once you try one, you’ll want it every time. Now the Burrito Del Mar—this thing is next level. Absolutely amazing. Flavorful, filling, and thoughtfully put together. Every bite hits, and it’s clear this isn’t some afterthought menu item. If you’re hungry and want something that actually satisfies, this burrito alone is worth the stop. What really sets this Ink! location apart, though, is the people. Ryan, June, and Val are all incredible. Genuinely kind, attentive, patient, and welcoming. They don’t just work there, they elevate the entire experience. You can tell they care about customers and take pride in what they do, and that kind of energy is contagious. I brought my paralyzed brother here, and the experience meant a lot to both of us. He wasn’t hungry at the time, but he tried the W+ watermelon sparkling water with 25mg of CBD and absolutely loved it. It was refreshing, enjoyable, and a great option to have, especially for someone who just wanted something light and hydrating. The staff was kind, respectful, and made the visit comfortable without any awkwardness or rushing, which goes a long way. Ink! Coffee at Cherry Creek Mall gets everything right—great coffee, excellent food, thoughtful drink options, and standout people. This is the kind of place that earns loyalty. Five stars, no question. "Dirty table, $3 can of Diet Coke and rude staff(Great Burrito tho!) We were welcomed by a used coffee cup and coffee stained table to enjoy our Ink treats. I cleaned the table with my own Lysol wipes. I don’t know if it’s the mall staff responsibility or the baristas standing around not eager to answer questions responsibility but someone definitely dropped the ball. Not family friendly. I was really excited to get a burrito and a $10 coffee at the Ink! coffee location in the Cherry Creek Mall since I loved Ink Coffee on University in Bonnie Brea(ordered a burrito and a coffee 5 days a week when I worked next door to it.) My experience will not be forgotten and my money 💸 will be spent anywhere else. Shameful."
