"Update: Extremely limited hours from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm makes me wonder if this is now mainly geared towards being open for store employees rather than customers. While not a real La Colombe like the standalone cafes back East they do use La Colombe ingredients. The quality here has long been on par with same basic thrown together lattes you find at any Whole Foods but lately the quality has gotten a lot better to be close to that of nicer coffee shops. For the price, it can't be beat just wish they were open more."
