"I ordered the Love Colada smoothie (with Collagen peptides) and Mystical Açai Bowl (xtra Blueberries, Extra Almond Butter, Extra scoop of acai, No Granola, Easy Honey). Both were delicious. I added the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Panini, although it seems they were out of avocado. It still hit the spot. I was most impressed with the Love Colada smoothie. Not only was it yummy, but also nutritious and full of fiber. It surprised me the following morning (:-)). It has me thinking of a once amazing diet full of homemade smoothies, which helped me drop around 50 lbs. The same can be said of the Acai Bowl, although I would eat it first next time. I was surprised by the some of the ingredients (ex: blue spirulina). I might have to return to my diet from years ago based on my experience with Mystical Blends. I've lived in the Bluebird district for 16 years and this coffee shop may become more famous than Fat Sully's. Both are doing business in the middle of the Colfax/RTD project, so please support Colfax businesses like Mystical Blends. They may become a local legend."

"A cute little shop great for smoothies or a quick breakfast. They have homemade breakfast sandwiches & burritos and a small selection of pastries. If you happen to catch them when they are baking, the smell itself is enchanting. A great selection of smoothies and bowls. The passionfruit smoothie is my favorite- it’s sweet, tart, and tangy. Wakes up my tastebuds and myself. They are a great edition to the neighborhood and def worth checking despite the construction. A great addition to the neighborhood and def worth stopping in."

"This place is top tier! Such a cute little hole in the wall and the decor is so inviting and funky. The guys working there were just so kind and thoughtful. I got the strawberry matcha based on the baristas recommendation and wooow. Not too sweet and just the right amount of matcha. The açaí bowl was also super tasty and not overly sweet. They make everything fresh so they made me a veggie burrito add chorizo and OMG. Hands down one of the best breakfast burritos in Denver. LOVE THIS PLACE! And love the Colfax neighborhood ❤️"
