"The cashier made me feel very uncomfortable. They made several comments about my clothing, way of speaking, etc. that made me feel extremely awkward, self-conscious, embarrassed, etc. I think the individual had some sort of social deficit, but one would imagine they would consider using this person’s skills in a non-customer-facing role."

"We stopped in for 2 mochas today while shopping. The two ladies making coffee had zero sense of urgency and it was obvious actually working was not their priority. After 4 minutes they finally began making our drinks. The chocolate was weak, the milk was less than warm when we received them and the gal couldn’t even make eye contact to thank us. What a pathetic place. Won’t be back. Hope they’re better at their next job because they suck at coffee…which is not rocket science."

"I actually like the food - kinda But EVERY time they forget to put my order in the line and it’s like I’m the first one in the store and always the last to leave It’s really unfortunate because I was going to go to ink coffee but my coworker told me to go to Nordstrom. The issue is - that I’m usually supposed to be on a quick 15 minute break, and it ends up taking 30-40 minutes. I will return to work and get yelled at for taking too long so it’s never worth it I am in management and so my integrity is questioned when u take too long which isn’t cool"
