What People Are Saying

"Didn’t sit at the patio this time but I love O&F’s patio. This location has a bar which is nice. The Lyon - which is salmon w caviar on potato cake tasted great for a few bites. The potato cake was bit too heavy, it would have been better as bread. Others is great. The O&F burger was nothing special, good but not uniquely good or different than other burgers. Lastly, the Kofta sauce was rly well done, but the meat was a bit dry - maybe overcooked. Great meal at Olive and Finches new theater district location."

"The food quality here is excellent and lived up to the O&F reputation! The location is convenient, but we chose to sit indoors because the outdoor seating just faces office buildings. It’s a very "self-sufficient" service style, you order via the app and handle your own water refills, though the staff was great about bringing the food out and clearing plates. Honestly, I prefer the Union Station location for the better outdoor vibe and service, but this is still a solid spot for a high-quality meal downtown."

"i was in denver for a conference and stayed at the Curtis so this was a perfect location right near my hotel and only 2 blocks from the convention center! i ended up having 3 meals here in the 4 days because it was just so good! very friendly staff and it was super easy to order from your table using the qr code!"

"We went early on a Saturday evening before an event at Ellie Caulkins since it's about as close and convenient as it gets. The place was lively but not packed and we got a proper greeting at the entrance inviting us to sit at a table and order from the QR code, so we did. I'm actually a fan of the QR code ordering. Their beer prices are very reasonable and the selection was limited but acceptable. The water was in a dispenser nearby for self-serve. I ordered the OF burger, and it was fairly decent. I enjoyed the chimichurri and fried onions on the burger--they gave it a nice little kick. The patty was very thin, however. My gluten-free companion ordered the grilled artichoke starter and the Goddess salad with seared tuna. Both were very disappointing. The artichoke and the dip that came with it had good flavor, but the artichoke did not seem that fresh and barely had any "meat" on the leaves. The Goddess salad desperately needs to be clarified on the menu. It's a plate of cucumber chunks with a few thin slices of radish, mint leaves, and some capers. The avocado that they mention is supposedly actually mixed into the dressing. The seared tuna did not appear or taste fresh. It was somehow fairly dry, like it had been prepared earlier and sitting for awhile. We were expecting a salad, like with lettuce or mixed greens. When we complained to a server, he was just like "oh the cashier usually lets people know" but we ordered from the QR code at the table, like they suggested. The place wasn't bad, but that cucumber salad is a miss. Even someone at the table next to us complained about it. It would make a great small side, but as a menu item it's 0/5 trash. We had some time left and so I ordered another beer and an apple pie spiced chai latte for my friend, and a double chocolate chip cookie. She reported that the apple pie chai latte was great. I had to ask someone to bring me the cookie after about 15 minutes. Then, it didn't explicitly mention anything about being gluten free on the label so my partner did not trust it anymore. I thought it was OK, but maybe a little stale. Oh, and be sure to notice that (as of this writing) there is a 7.5% "Equitable Service Charge" added onto the bill that we were not aware of until payment. Note that someone responded to another review about this saying that you can request that it is removed. However, they push you to order through the QR code where you have no such option on ToastTab. It wasn't worth arguing over, though. We just left no tip. If the restaurant wants to lie about their prices by tacking on hidden fees at the end, then I'll leave it up to them to pay their servers, as well. Overall it was just a poor experience. I wouldn't go back to this place."

"This joint opened this week 1 block away and I’ve already been three times—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At this rate I’ll be fat and broke by Memorial Day. For breakfast I had the Eggs Benedict Caprese (tomato+mozz) w/ a balsamic drizzle. So tasty. A nice twist on a classic. Ate it too fast to get a pic. Lunch was an onion soup starter (the sherry shines through :) and a half-salad with turkey and veggies. I loved the dressing; the turkey was so cold that it was tough. Let this one rest a bit before diving in. The onion soup is addictive. $31.46 total Dinner was a grilled artichoke starter and then a chicken entree large enough for two people. Artichoke is something I never cook at home so it was nice to have some without going to a fancy restaurant. Tasty dip. The chicken was delicious with a tangy broth and a hint of basil + mint (a trick I’ll be stealing for my home cooking ;) Took home half of it. They could dim the lights a bit at night for atmosphere. $58.76 total including 1 cocktail The place can get a little spendy when you add in the tax and tip and their whopping 7.5% mandatory junk fee. It feels expensive when you consider that you order at the counter and there’s no wait staff but I justify it as an easy way to access inventive fine-dining meals without going to a fancy sit down restaurant."
