What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I stopped by Pablo’s Coffee on 6th Avenue while I was in Denver, and it had a really relaxed, welcoming vibe. The space felt comfortable to hang out in, and the staff was friendly without being over the top. I tried a latte, and it was smooth and well-made—definitely one of the better cups I’ve had in the area. It wasn’t too crowded when I went, so I could actually enjoy sitting for a bit and catching up on some reading. Overall, it felt like a solid local spot to grab good coffee without any fuss."
"Admittedly I walked in here ready to love it because my buddy who's lived here 17 years raves about it and… Worth every star! When you walk in there is an adorable vibe, the place is clean and the merch area is well-stocked with a variety of colorful happy bags of beans as well as T-shirts and to-go cups and AeroPress gear. Melissa was super-friendly and welcomed me to Pablo's for my first visit with a great smile 😁 There are maybe 10 two-top tables, one larger one and a couple of pub-height two-tops by the beautiful plants that line the window wall. I got the darker roast coffee (Danger Monkey) and it's delicious! Because I am gonna stay and read my book for a while they offered me a ceramic mug to enjoy it in and generously offer a refill which is much appreciated For the non-dairy and vegan-choice option you'll be happy to know there is oat milk as a splash option on the condiment counter alongside dairy milk. The music is chill and at a great volume level so the conversations around not exceedingly loud which is good for people who want to take a phone call while they sip or eat. There are vegan cookies but no breakfast sandwich option at the moment. I'm hoping I can help change that but we'll see - this is only my first time here!"
"Been coming here consistently for more than ten years. It’s everything you’d want in a coffee shop. I especially love that there is no WiFi because more people talk and play games and make eye contact. A lot of the baristas have met my family and partners over the years because it’s such a staple in my life and rhythm. We also have the beans in our house constantly. Huge fan, Pablo’s pls never change. Except I will say the one thing is the oat milk is not my favorite but other than that please never change haha"
"Guess how much a small, extra hot almond milk chai cost? I'm all for supporting local businesses, especially during these difficult times, but $6.32 feels too much like price gouging. Continue to support small local businesses. Just be mindful. Unfortunately I won't be returning to Pablo's because I can get better value at other local coffee shops (or make at home). Sad. There was a time when I practically lived there during grad school. How I miss those days. Heavy sigh."
"A true local coffee shop, alway filled with people of all ages! If you’re looking for quiet, you might have to go earlier in the morning! Typically there’s a line but have no fear they know how to move quickly. I’ve only had their pastries and coffee, but I just love the atmosphere and the gorgeous plants lining the windows!"
"Best shot of espresso in Denver in my opinion. Mia is a fantastic barista and makes great drinks to power through that morning slump. Absolutely worth a visit."
