"The quality of care we received was eclipsed by the aging infrastructure of this building. Nothing like being put in a hallway next to luggage after birth! We were expecting queen sized beds during our stay (that's what they showed us during a visit before hand),yet we got stuck with a tiny room with no bed. The icing on the cake was having our ice cream stolen (or disposed) out of fridge. They didn't have a sign stating how to store it. If you have the liberty or means to choose between Rose and St. Joes, chose St. Joes (we had our first child there)."
