What People Are Saying
from Google"I don’t think I can properly express how much I love Thump—it’s simply the SPOT! The coffee is awesome; from the drip to espresso drinks, it’s always a hit. I’m a really big fan of their specialty single-origin beans, but I also adore their North Fork and Storm King! The food is always delicious, with a lot of the baked goods made in-house! I’m also hooked on their breakfast burritos... Can’t get enough!! The service is next level! The team at Thump genuinely cares so much about making quality coffee. The focus and care that go into every drink are admirable and shine through. On top of the care for the coffee, they also clearly care deeply about making everyone feel welcome and have cultivated a safe space for all. The community of regulars at the shop are so kind and welcoming. I've never seen such a strong and consistent group of regulars at a coffee shop, if you come by and strike up a conversation you will undoubtedly be welcomed in with open arms. Honorable mention: The music is always so fun and a reflection of the different baristas working at the time. I’ve found so many great artists just from hanging out at Thump. Whether you’re passing through, visiting a friend for a coffee chat, a local getting some work done, or just want a REALLY good cup of coffee - Thump is the 3rd space we all need! If I could give 10/5 stars, I would, because five just isn’t enough!"
"Thump Coffee never misses. The coffee is great, the food is consistently yummy, but what really makes this place special is the Sunday morning staff—they are absolutely exceptional. They go out of their way to make regulars feel seen, known, and genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for the energy and kindness they bring every week. Truly stellar human beings. This is hands-down my favorite place to be on a Sunday morning."
"The staff was great! The food and cappuccino were delightful, but most importantly the PICKLES were incredible. Charlie said that the pickles were his recipe and they were 10/10. He even gave us two to take home with us. We really enjoyed this experience. Thank you guys!"
"Edit: Second visit wasn’t as pleasant as the first unfortunately. I tried the “drip coffee” and it tasted pretty stale. In addition to this, the cup and lid were not fitted properly so the entire coffee just dripped out of the lid to the - I couldn’t drink it or even attempt to in my way to the airport. I’ve attached a picture but this is after attaching and reattaching it in an effort to remedy the issue. Something to consider when you have folks going to work, we shouldn’t be wearing our stale coffee in the process. 1st visit: Walked her as a first-timer for a first of the day coffee and it didn’t disappoint. Got an iced mocha latte. General: Patient and friendly staff, nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. I think the chatter at the register could be fixed when you have a line out the door. I noticed folks talking a lot at register creating longer service times- wild when you have 5+ people in line to grab coffee before a work day imo-I’m also a New Yorker and used to a different speed and efficiency. No breakfast food offered before 7:30 am was also tough, the area didn’t have many food choices and there wasn’t an option beyond pastries at the hour my day started despite this place opening very early. Joined the rewards club and will definitely come back when I visit the area."
"This place honestly has great coffee and food, but finding a place to sit was the worst. There are way too many people sitting with laptops taking up almost every single seating option in the business. My partner and I were lucky enough to catch some seating in an awkward corner after another group who clearly struggled to find seating left. I feel there needs to be some limit on where people can set up laptops or sit for long periods of time on busy days here as we almost did not get a spot because of this problem."
