Through the speaker when I went to pick up the lady seemed really nice but once I came up to the window the girl in the window gave me my items but didn’t say a single word when I tried talking to them but that part didn’t bother me because I understand mornings can be tough. The moment I decided to take a sip out of one of my drinks (I got two because I wasn't sure if the energy drink was gonna taste good) The Energy Drink tasted fine but the strawberry banana smoothie that I got tasted like chemicals or soap im not sure but I typically only order a smoothie and it has never tasted like that before. Very big waste of money and I thought ziggis would be a good Sunday treat since I too also work Sundays mornings. Well I personally wont be going back unfortunately."
"I only ordered a grill cheese sandwich and the food was really good. Met some people for a meeting around 4pm and the atmosphere really comfortable, relaxing and not aloud place. Seems like a good neighborhood place. Great place for a meeting or meet and greet."

"I stopped by this location today to grab a drink, and the entitlement from the staff was unreal. The moment I chose not to tip at the drive-through, the woman with glasses handing me my order gave me visible attitude—no smile, no thank you, not even the usual chocolate-covered coffee bean they normally include. Just silence and a cold handoff. I’ve heard mixed things about the staff here, and now I can say from experience: the rumors are true. If you expect basic courtesy without being guilt-tripped into tipping, you might want to take your business elsewhere. Buyer beware! Take your business elsewhere. This location seems to prioritize protecting employee attitudes over delivering a good customer experience."
"This happened on 9/12/25 at 9:35am I honestly hate to complain and I hate to write a bad review. Especially for Ziggi’s, literally my favorite place to get my energy drink every day for like the last 3 years! But since I’ve moved down to Westminster, I’ve had a couple of bad experiences at two different locations. I don’t know what it is, but the customer service is terrible and today’s experience was worse than my last bad experience due to the barista who took my order at the window, who was extremely condescending and aggressive. I literally come to Ziggis almost every single day, and I order the same exact energy drink the same exact way every single time. So after three years, you would think I know what it tastes like! But today when I got my drink, it was a totally different color, that was the first red flag, and then upon tasting it it tasted so bad, nothing like what I usually order.. I literally wouldn’t take it for free let alone pay $10 for it Nobody wants to waste their money on something they don’t like or want. I’m sure the people who work there wouldn’t wanna pay $10 for something they didn’t like either! Yet the brunette girl at the window with the glasses and purple shirt was super rude to me. When I came back and told her my drink didn’t taste right she treated me like I was lying, who would wanna come back through the drive-through to complain??? Nobody but at the same time I don’t wanna waste my money because somebody doesn’t know how to make the drink right or is too lazy to make the drink right. She acted like the drink was made right and I just didn’t like it. I explained to her I’ve been coming for years getting the same thing she suggested they make it a different way from what I asked for. I told her no I don’t want it made differently. I want it the same way I’ve ordered for the last 3 years but I want it done right! She acted like I was a liar and such an inconvenience for her. They remade my drink and handed it to me this time by just looking at it I could tell it was done right because of the color. She kept insisting I try it right there at the window, and I kept trying to calmly and kindly explain to her that I didn’t want to complain, but it tasted so awful, and she got so upset and started yelling into the store saying that I didn’t want to taste it! As if that was proof that I was lying about how it tasted. Why would I wanna waste my time lying about something like this? If you don’t have a good customer service, maybe you shouldn’t be working with customers! Because gaslighting your long time customers and making them seem like they’re lying is not the way to go! I’ve included some screenshots from my Ziggis app account so you can see I’ve been coming here for a long time and almost every day! The app only goes back about one year and you can see how often I order."
