Whether it’s early morning when you’re trying to become a ben aliyah for the day, or late at night when your brain is still stuck on “one more thing,” Q Coffee is there like a loyal chavrusa who never leaves you hanging. The coffee is solid — fresh, hot, and it hits the spot without being all fancy-schmancy. You walk in half asleep, you walk out a new man. And if you’re the type who needs options, they’ve got enough choices that you can stand there for a minute like, “Nu… what am I in the mood for today?” (Meanwhile the line behind you is already making a cheshbon.) What I also like is the whole setup: it’s quick, it’s convenient, and it’s perfect for the “I’m just grabbing a coffee” stop that somehow turns into also picking up a snack, maybe something for later, and then realizing you basically made a whole pit stop like you’re on a road trip to the Catskills.
