"I have been buying breakfast from this location over the last 5 years. Never had an issue aside from the mix up of cheese or something non-important. However the last two visits in the past 2 weeks were horrible. Last Wednesday I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and butter..when I opened the bagel was so cold that the butter had not melted and the bagel itself looked like it wasn't toasted at all. Then today I ordered an extra toasted bagel and realized that the cream cheese with scallions was off. It had a sour odor and taste as if it had gone bad. At least I could eat last week's bagel but you can't eat sour dairy. I feel like their standards have fallen short, whether due to being busy or not staffed properly. They should at least quality check their cream cheeses as they do leave then in a refrigerated case all morning."
