"What a hidden gem! We stopped in to have brunch and we really love this place! The food, ambiance and service was really top notch. First of all I had the cafe de Hoya, which I have only had when I’ve been on vacation in Mexico. I love this coffee! So good. For my brunch entree, I had the Americana burger which was a big beef patty, cooked at a perfect medium rare, Served with bacon, cheese, tomato and lettuce. It was delicious, I had it with a side salad which was perfect. My girlfriend had the chicken and waffles, she loved them. The restaurant was really cool, I loved their vibe. Plenty of tables along with a bar/counter area. They don’t serve liquor but it is fine anyway. I will definitely be back, this is a hidden gem!!"

"The food here was very delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming. I had the Sonora and my wife had the vanilla and berry. I had an ice coffee that was very strong and good. My wife had the strawberry juice and it did not disappoint. This will be a Sunday ritual for us until we’ve tried everything."

"If you are looking for the best pancakes, this is the place! We had the burger which was cooked deliciously, the corned beef hash was fresh. The location is beautiful and the service was great. They are the same owners of Trumbull Cafe. If you find yourself in that area, do yourself the favor and visit them. All of the food is good there as well!"

"Wow! A hidden gem in Bridgeport CT! The menu was so good and tasty. I had the Milanesa de Pollo sandwich and my wife had the steak quesadillas. This was authentic Latin food with a twist. The Cafe de Hoya was so so yummy on a cold chilly day. The portions are great and they have so much room inside the restaurant. I will be coming back more!"
