"I've been to Roost twice prior to today's visit and have enjoyed their food. However, today I ordered the breakfast burrito but requested that they hold the avocado due to an allergy. The cashier had to check with the kitchen to make sure they could do that (?) but she assured me all would be well. Upon receiving my order I was again assured there was no avocado. I then returned to my office excited to eat. I opened the wrapper and lo and behold the sandwich was oozing avocado! I was upset to say the least. Food is usually 4.5 stars, but the customer service is 0."

"Its unfortunate to rate this restaurant so poorly since they have a nice menu. I have ordered twice for tbreakfast and lunch and both were problematic. The first time they forgot the "egg" in the lbreakfast egg wrap". It was a wrap with unmelted shredded cheese and avocado. The second time, I waited 35+ minutes at lunch for 2 wraps and then they proceeded to hand me 3 wraps and salads. They couldn't explain which salad was what and just kept repeating it was my order. I had been waiting so long, I had to give up and leave. The wraps I received were messy, falling apart and not edible. Their customer service team has challenges understanding what we're ordering."

"Very friendly, quick service. Employees had smiles on their faces and seemed to be genuinely enjoying being there. The salad was so fresh and savory, and the sandwiches were flavorful and filling. Will definitely stop here again next time I visit!"

"I love this place! Their wraps & smoothies are so good; however, I will say that their grilled chicken is not good/inedible. But nonetheless, this is one of my favorite lunch spots."
