"The staff was very friendly and sweet. I ordered a hot mocha latte with oat milk along with a vegan deluxe breakfast sandwich. Let me tell you when I say it was delicious.. The mocha made me feel so nice and relaxed and energized at the same time and the sandwich hit the spot. What a great start to my day. Definitely one of my favorite spots now."

"VEGAN options and delicious! I stopped here on our way out for a bike ride, and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw that they had a ton of vegan options including Matcha, coffees, vegan cold foams, vegan smoothies, vegan breakfast sandwiches and vegan pastries. I have been on the search for a vegan chocolate croissant and after 6 years, I found one here I’m sure I could’ve asked them to warm it up but it was incredibly delicious and I will be back for more. A must try! I also got the Blue Dream Matcha and it was delicious. So thankful for these hidden gems that have a plethora of vegan options. Hopefully they are here to stay!"

"My husband and I came in on a Monday morning around 8am for a cold brew and a latte. The coffee itself was good. 4 stars. But the wait was rough. 1 star. We ended up standing there for almost 30 minutes. There were two people behind the counter, but it seemed like they were focused almost exclusively on fulfilling mobile orders while 8+ of us waited in line with no movement. I totally get that mobile orders are part of business, but the balance was way off. It would make a huge difference to have one barista handle mobile orders and one handle in person customers. It just felt like we were invisible. We’ll come back because the coffee is great, but I really hope they rework the workflow. No one should be waiting half an hour for a simple drink at 8am."

I believe her name is Hannah or Megan - she has short hair and can run the place on her own all while maintaining consistency with the quality of the assorted drinks she creates. "I’ve always been curious to try Gregorys Coffee, so we visited our closest location at Darien Commons! It’s such a nice place, and I could definitely see myself doing work here or even reading a book. We ordered their new refreshers and they were awesome!! I’m notoriously picky when it comes to drinks like this, and the strawberry hibiscus one is the first one I’ve ever really enjoyed!! These are a perfect pick-me-up with the warmer weather. The staff made the drinks very quickly too. I’ll definitely be back for more! (Update: came back for fall drinks, so good!)"
