"ECO Coffee House is my favorite spot to grab coffee! Susan puts so much love and pride into crafting all of her food and beverages and it shows. She makes all of her own sauces and syrups (which is hard to find these days) to create her delicious drinks! The Samoas Latte is one of my personal favorites in the summer. I’m always willing to spend a little bit more to support this small business that delivers great coffee and food every time. I love that Susan also supports other small businesses by utilizing local bakers, farmers, and brewers for her dishes. The only disappointing thing about ECO is that it’s not open every single day."

"Incredible selection of drinks, beautifully prepared. I tried the avocado toast with feta and it was heaping with perfectly ripe avocado slices, chunks of feta, and seasoned with pepitas, balsamic glaze and garlic oil. Savory and perfect. I also got an iced wild blueberry matcha oat milk latte. Not only was it the prettiest drink with layers of dreamy colors and sparkles, but tasted just as dreamy with sweet and earthy flavors. Absolutely wonderful!"
