"We frequently visit Happiness, especially on weekends, and appreciate the experience. However, we’ve noticed that our orders have only been correct once. While we’re not sure what happens, certain items—such as ketchup and pepper—are consistently missing from our breakfast sandwich, even when specifically requested. We always hope for improvement, but unfortunately, we’ve come to expect these inconsistencies. We would love to see more attention to detail to enhance the overall experience."
