"This bakery makes phenomenal custom cakes! For our brothers birthday, we asked them to make the cake pictured here in our brothers image, and they totally nailed it! We had asked many other bakeries in the area but all of them said they couldn't do it because it was too difficult. Not only was Montecarlo bakery the only place that took our request, they did an amazing job. 100% would recommend."

"Very disappointed I called to order a custom cake was told no one spoke English and then immediately got hung up on. I called again and was told the same thing and once again they just hung up on me. How are customers supposed to order something if you only speak Spanish??? We’re in America and speak English. Time to hire some new staff or someone who can at least speak the native language here."
